Lunch ski to see how the injury was doing. Started off tentative and then quickly went in to push it mode. It was a pretty fun ski with two of the better Seagate skiers. Snow is fresh and a little slow, but it was fun to be out and a relief to be pain free.

V2 practice on a steep hill after our loop around Hyland. Good fun.
Skipped soccer last night. Another rest day. I will attend the MNOC meeting tonight and hopefully test the injury with a noon skate tomorrow. I would hate to miss the MLK event...
Soccer. Felt a little odd during warm ups, like I had a hitch in my leg. 2-3 minutes in to the game I had a sharp pain. I believe I have pulled our strained a muscle in my glut or upper hamstring. Not good..... I was having difficulty getting a ski session on the schedule this week, looks like I have a reason to take it easy. No Score-O for me either.... :-( I guess I will be rocking the registration table.

I met a friend at Les Bolstead (sp?) to ski a cool down from s2b4. The first portion was definitely a cool down... He was attempting to teach a couple of 6 year olds how to skate ski. One was getting it, the other was throwing a fit. The fitful decided to put on classic skis and was soon skiing circles around her twin. After a bit, they decided to pack it in and we did two laps plus of the three looped tracks.
The area was a bit polished. Reports from Saturday stated it was in great shape, but we were both having a little trouble staying on top of our skis. In all, it was a pretty good workout for the last hour. Fun day on the snow.
