was fine just got tiring

on stairs- x5
ball of foot down low-20secs
then tippy toes-10secs
total 2.30

leaning on 1 foot and bringing knee down low
Right(inj)- 5 times -20secs
left- 25 times -1.10mins
tough on inj foot- hurts

running well considering injury

Scottish day-1

most of the way through
1 bad mstake
1 route ended up really badly
1 pretty bad mistake

otherwise going well
was coming 20th out of 54 after 13 controls...

just about to spike no.14.... crack

ankle gone can't stand up... told sean to go on so he didnt ruin his run... hobbled back and it was swollen the size of a tennis ball- not an exageration.

prob. cant run for at least 1 month
