Easy week this week. Letting the body recover a bit from a big weekend, and banking a few solid weeks training in general.
Toe got sore after the run on Saturday, I think due to running in old shoes with a bit of a hole in the side - won't be using those again. Limping a small bit sat evening to keep pressure off it, which worried me for sunday, but got up early, put it in a bucket of ice, and while I could still feel it at the start of the run, I didn't notice it at all after 2hrs or so - granted I had drugged up quite a bit.
It's back a bit sore again now, so will have a couple of easy days to let it recover. Just a bit of bruising really I think.
