Leinster Champs - 4th?
Wasn’t really planning on running, but incense I was up I felt pretty alright, so I rushed about and rocked up late (el Classico).
Went to get a map, then decided I might do a few controls, then was still feeling alright so just went for it to see how I felt.

In the end I saw it out, and it was very enjoyable.

Some mistakes, maybe 5mins or so, not flying at any point, still feeling a little ill, and did crash in the latter stages of the race and walk some hills.

Still though, all in all happy to get a run round.
~20mins behind conor, I am near the end of this illness, I’m pretty confident.

Easy medium length run with Conor from crone, round to Djouce & then back through powerscourt waterfall.
Really struggling on climbs, chest not enjoying & body a bit tired, but got into it on the flats later on, and length didn’t seem to be a matter.
Basically don’t know what to do about Leinsters at the weekend

An easy tester round bushy.
Better result than previous occasions, but still not perfect.
