Started well, in control, not the quickest through the detailed sections, but died leaving 15 or so, and suffered home.
Brad caught 1:15mins from 11-22.

Started alright, and navigating quite cleanly through the first section.
Saw the 5 consecutive uphill legs coming and they crushed me a bit.

Got back into it a bit for the final loop, but struggling physically.

Half beers from a cup didn't suit me as anyone could down 'em.
Made it a running race, and Tim ran away with it, nipping in front of me.
Fair play though.

Feeling good at the start, but bashed my elbow to 1, and blood was flowing for the next few controls which threw me a bit mentally. Was worried about it.
Slowed down and eventually waited for Corbett (+4mins), and ran the course with him.
We took turns in the lead, and navigating.
A lot more fun, but still not enough to avoid being crushed by the SA team.

Started well, navigating decently. Lost time on 9, caught Tim (-3mins), around here.
Ran with Tim for a while, in control, but quick, but he broke me on the climb to 15 and I started bleeding time.

He put 2mins into me from there to the finish.
And Brad beat me by 3mins.
Disappointing.

Really technical area.
Scale hit me early on, but found some control in my orienteering, and started getting back on track.
Fell and opened my knee up at one stage, and the heat started to hit me, so I died over the 2nd half, but it was good fun.
