Sunday run with James & Christoph.
Aonghus' long loop minus Cruagh.

Few minor kicks put in, and the kotm points were joint between all 3 at the finish. Exciting.

UCDAC - 5 * 5mins, 2min jogging rest

Hectic wind, slow times, but good session.

5 x 400m solo on the grass.

Times: 76, 67, 67, 67, 68
May have judged the start a little wrong.
Mainly cardio issues.
Ran 5th & wd barefoot to try new things.
Might squeeze more of these in.
