Not much leg usage, cause there's a flicking motion that aggravates the ankle a little.

Physio gave some movement exercises.

Diagnosis: torn ligaments.
Thank Jaysus.

As I kind of thought, it's thankfully not broken, just a lot of ligament damage.
Improvement has been very quick over the last few days, hopefully that rate continues.
Starting seeing Physio on Friday.

SHIs seem much too soon, but I'm gonna give it a shot first and see.

Suspected broken ankle.

Personal feeling is that it doesn't feel much worse than previous times when I tore ligaments.
But doctors looked at x-ray and weren't sure, could be minor break.
MRI tomorrow, and I'll find out.

A little annoying, but timing could have been a lot worse.
