Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [2]

10 pull ups.
500m row + 3 walkouts as warm up.
5 * (5 x 40kg) back squats.
3 * (8 x 10kg) split squats (each leg).
2 * (5 x dips into 1min plank).

Will keep weight low until JK.

Aqua Jogging 32:00 [2]

Easy jog.
Broke the 5-minute-multiple rule for a change.

Pine Forest - Fairy Castle and back, with Róisín, CillinC, and ended up having Con Doherty too.
Nice evening, good run.

2 * 10 single leg bridging (each leg).
2 * 30 side leg raises (each leg).
2 * 1min plank.
2 * 1min wall squat.
2 * 15 squats.

No lunges or single leg squats.
