Note

GPS track from some session that was in my GPS as having happened on Wednesday. It's logged for wednesday now too.
Maybe my Garmin had its dates wrong.

Cycle out to Ardgillan.
Woke a little late, but leaving at 11:30 or so, I thought that I would be there around 13:20 or 13:30 (expecting the route to take about 1hr40).
As I got into Lusk I hit all the diversion signs, but chanced my arm anyway as I didn't know any around route off my head. No luck, had to head back and try find some way around, which probably added 20mins or so to the cycle.
Gorgeous day out, and thoroughly enjoyed the cycle, with just a bowl of Special K in my stomach I ran out of energy with about a kilometre to go, but I had my apple upon arrival, and then and all good.

Did the Johnny Fox's loop with CillinC, jonnyq and lorrieq.
Went for it on the Pine Forest ascent, quads hurting, but worth it for a solid time.
Nice to be back into solid training.

Good fun, felt I did some silly things. Some splits I just don't get why some people were way quicker than me. Some nice line? Maybe better at cycling x-country. Did they go straight to number 2? I don't know.
Some crazy downhills I wouldn't have gone down if I hadn't been in a MTBO race.
Went alright. 3rd, 11mins down on Conor.

Nice cycle with jonnyq out in the hills. Out to Crone via Enniskerry, picnic and wander, and then back via Glendoo.
Easy pace, but some tough-ish climbs, Jonny's bike outweighed mine by a good bit.
Nice to leave the house, and put an end to my horrendous sleeping pattern.
