Strength and Conditioning20:00 [3] shoes: Aasics Gel-Fuji Racer (Blue)
Did some calf stretches and a lot of rolling. Then did reps of strict press, 5x 30kg, into 2 pull-ups, 4 sets. But on the final set I did max pull-ups, and crazily did 7, a PB. Which is weird considering what I'd already done...
finally cracked the 35 degree wall. Completed Green first time, and very close to blue a few times. Improved over christmas!

Possibly wasn't really 20mins, but this is proper training as my achilles is killing me now, not just my calf, and running isn't gonna happen. So this was good, and I want it to reflect that. In reality, this was a good day exercise wise.
Got 3 on the climbing pull-up bar, and 4 post-swim ones.
Tepidarium is so good! Especially for that ankle.
