Cross-bike type thing for warmup. Walkouts, deadlifts, built up to 3*3 of like 50-60kg? Then overhead 5*20kg, before 10 anti-sit up things, did 3 sets of those 2 together. Then finished with 3*1min plank w/ 10kg.

Did some caliper readings first, and a few other small things. Basically the same weight as September, but slightly higher body fat % (7.3 vs. 6.5), and most of my caliper readings were smaller; chest, stomach, buttocks. That's all a bit of a surprise, but maybe it makes sense, I don't really know.

Anyway, for training: 500 warm up, walkouts. Single leg bridging (15kg?) 2*15 each leg. Squats, loads, built up to 45 or 50kg, 3*5. 2 sets of walking lunges w/ 20kg, I think. Was tired now, but we went for a 2km row. Knew I wouldn't be hitting my PB (7:17), cos I was tired, but my Dad had done it last week, and I had to make sure I beat his time (7:47). So, I set out a pace I could sustain fine, and beat that time. 1k was grand, little tiresome but ok. Was counting down the 100s for the 2nd half, but didn't get too tired at any point, maybe after 600 left. But the last 300 or 400 was the fastest section, so not too bad. Did 7:37 anyway.
