Leinster League #1
Was pretty freaking horrible out. Had fun, but it was not nice weather. Didn't really run like I should have, I think. Navigation was pretty good, but I did lose some time in places. Some stupid/strange misses, but not too much. Anyway I was off the pace, Conor was quicker overall.

Mix of stuff, some raised bridging which I actually felt good on. Lunges, with weights for the last set, squats with weights, walkouts, some other things I can't think of the name of.
Then, did a Tabata row. Oh Jesus. So so tough. 809m. Quite good. Considering I was home at 5:30 last night, and I'd already done most of a session.
Finished off with 2x30secs side plank on each arm
