Scatter. Ran pretty well, was quick, and pushed for the end. Was good. Probably the first time I've actually won a scatter. Maybe have once or twice before, not sure. Pretty good route.

4 days in italy. Just home. Was nice. Really nice. Didn't do much exercise, but I haven't been doing much at home anyway, so... Swam everyday, mainly threading water, and some swimming to other beaches. Not training, but good fun. Gorgeous weather, and beautiful area on the amalfi coast.

Did 500m in 13:17, I think. Wasn't racing, but it was long. Didn't want to do the full 1km after 500. Some other casual lengths. 50m pool is so slick.

Some little things in the gym. Mainly trying it out, did some hill workout things on the treadmill.
Also, a new rowing 2km pb, of 7:17.7. Happy as fuck with that!
