Really been doing very little after JWOC and O-Ringen. Just relaxing for a while. Kind of need some time off, I think. So, hope to get back to proper training come September and college. At the moment I'm not doing much, just doing some jogs and that, otherwise I feel like shit, with laziness and lack of fresh air if I'm not doing stuff. Not worth calling training, but, I need to start logging again, so... Running a hill race (The Warrior's Run) in Sligo in a few weeks, and the Sprint training up North in a week and a half, might do Tuesdays down at Rathfarnham too, so mightn't end up with that little training. Doing some small stuff with Clodagh at the moment, might run with Niamh a little too. We'll see!
