A mix of orienteering and running to and fro. Ran with Johan, did a few controls on a course he made up in Orienteering theory class, went quite OK technically, I think I had 1 mistake, but we were going slow. was a gorgeous day out, and as I was just testing my body out, walked a decent section back to the clubhouse with Johan.

I have to edit the times and distances for this, these are form the top of my head.

Jog out past clubhouse, and some strides on the trails. Sore throat developing, and after Tuesday's intervals my calfs were still in bits, also with the heavier shoes, my legs felt very heavy, and I even the 100m strides seemed like too much.

2* 3x400m, 90secs rest, with 5min jog between sets. Supposed to be 80%, 90, 100. 1st and 3rd were slightly uphill on both sets.
Good to see some of the lads again, but it was tough to run so fast on the paths again. Pushed hard on the 3rd and 6th, really worked for the 100%, even got the better of Jack by a good bit. So it felt good. But he let me in front, you can tell...
Anyways, calves are dying at the moment, stretching only goes so far.

Times: 73, 66, 67 - 80, 69, 67

The 80 was obviously way too slow, but I find it hard to know what % you're going at.
