Anyway, got promoted from reserve, to last leg, to long leg with so many sickies today. Stigtomtakavlen. Winsplits had me down as 10mins mistakes, which was more than I thought originally, but looking back seems understandable. That does mean that I was running better though, which is good. I could still feel my ankle, but it just made me run cautiously rather than really slow me down. I got pretty tired at the end, probably wouldn't have happened if I hadn't run 15k yesterday, but that's not so important. In reality technically I missed like 5mins, which is quite a lot, and then I lost another 5 on stuff, which seems awkward to explain. I don't mind, there were more positives today. It was also cool starting just ahead of Bergman, he caught me at 1, where we both messed up, but I corrected first, Boo-yah!
