Sick again. My throat was bad, and I wanted to leave it recover so I was OK for Sweden, if possible. Restricting, but maybe that was unnecessary. I missed a lot of training due to the throat over these holidays, not sure if I really needed to skip it all, but I feel fine now (11th Jan), so maybe it was worth it to get a break anyways.

4x1km with Rathfarnham. Fun, I guess. Strided out the first for some reason, and struggled through the rest, felt shitty and times weren't great.

Checking the night-o courses in Barnaslingan with Colm and Laurence. Map was pretty shit. Spent a lot of time standing around so we didn't get the last loop of the long finished. Control sites need changing(not on my course though!).
