Compass exercise and control flow / pick.
The compass exercise went well for the most part. I was running at a decent pace and navigating well. But I had 2 mistakes. The first I was distracted by pointing Johan in the right direction, and forgot how far I had run, saw some yellow and turned way too early. About 1min - 1.30mins. I could make sense of 5, probably because part of the map wasn't there, with it being compass training and all. Relocated quite well, but wasn't fully confident. Then good after that too.

Then the Control Flow course, I maybe felt a little tired, but I didn't run very fast anyways, but I had very few mistakes, just some small misses. Passed Johan being shadowed, and Julia, but with my not running very fast I never really got away from her, but the map contact was good.
Control Pick Quickie!
Starting to feel much better about my orienteering here. I understand the terrain better and feel more confident in the terrain, there's always still work to be done though, those mistakes were avoidable.
