Can probably run again now. Annoying having missed a lot. But the last time I got shit all training in was just before the JK / IOC and my form seemed alright then. Both running and orienteering. One can only hope. But hope is an integral part of our life. Hope.
Went to physio. Foot was horrendous yesterday afternoon but really good last night. Good this morning. He was a good physio, knew his stuff. 1 week off running. We'll see.
