Marten Bostrom did 2hrs 22 as a junior for the marathon..hey, it's doable.

Good run out, got a bit tired towards the end, and noticed Laurence running away from me in places, but, got them ALL!
Tougher in the slow, not too bad, but again a nice slightly more physical workout. Very few mistakes, but the odd thing. A little off route to 10, small bit off line to 12, and i think that was it. Nothing more than 20secs i'd say.

This is a good one. My choice (which I thought was alright) differs to nearly everyones, most notably Laurence, out of the people I know. I don't know, one for discussion.

Nother latish one, just jog to marlay quick loop and back, didn't want to do to much after having a relatively longish one yesterday.
Stuck to the heavy stuff in places, at a comfort pace.

Nice run. Can't believe I haven't made more of this week. The snow is beautiful. Couldn't slow myself down, got to Laurences in comfortably under 5mins/km at intensity 1 or so. And I expected it to be slower!
But the run just generally made me want to move to the likes of Sweden more, it's just so enjoyable running on fluff.
Well, I ran over to Laurence's jogged round the deep stuff with him for a nice loop of Belfield. Pace was understandably slower through this, considerably, just relaxing through it. Nice though. And then the jog home.

Like Cillin I'm just sticking to the normal plank for the moment, as I've been doing it for the last 6 weeks or so. Will move it up a notch when I feel the strength improve in this area.

So, have missed about a week or so due to generally being sick and run-down. I'm gonna leave it another few days as well as I felt quite bad last night (maybe I shouldn't have run?) and not amazing in school today. I'm felling pretty alright now, but best to be sure. Plus the snow would be like a new army against my body.
Anyways, the oul' strength and conditioning which had been going so well can wait a few days too, and we'll be back in business.
