was gonna go longer but didnt feel great before hand so didn't

went for cycle around general rathfarnham/ dundrum/ churchtown area...

was nice... legs felt really good... just generally the training felt really good... its been too long since the wind was blowing in my face while running or cycling...i think its been a week and a half :)

anyway... tried not to freewheel at all... not that there were any real downhills and i tried to push myself on the uphills so went well

cant run for 6-8 weeks or orienteer for 10...
what an enjoyable month i hav coming up... not!

swimming in 40 foot with few others but just couldnt stop swallowing water when i came up for breaths so i had to cut it short

im a very weak swimmer so this is a good chance to improve... i guess
found it tough as i'm weak but was getting better

ankle lookin better again felt good during swim except for i kicked it once... but otherwise good

Swelling almost completely gone... almost

i am going to physio tomorrow... i'm hopeful it could be good news because it seems to be improving really quickly
