was fine just got tiring

on stairs- x5
ball of foot down low-20secs
then tippy toes-10secs
total 2.30

leaning on 1 foot and bringing knee down low
Right(inj)- 5 times -20secs
left- 25 times -1.10mins
tough on inj foot- hurts
