I've been so bad this week, these 2 weeks really. 2 weeks just wasted, down the drain. Shocking stuff. Reckon I can run again, but will do as much off-road and non fast as possible. Slowly back.

Easy short run to test my legs. Calf/achilles fine. But my hammies and quads are so tight after the gym. Hopefully be grand to run tomorrow.
Good to see my weight aint getting too high.
