Running 3:08:37 [2] 13.16 km (14:20 / km) +822m
Went on a hike up rainbow mtn, and back through the red valley. Stunning trek all round.
Summit was around 5100m, and started getting headaches on the way back down, and struggled a bit. Only 3 of us on the long route down.
Next 2 days bit grim with throwing up and not keeping food in
