City of London.

I was surprised at my min/km being so quick, combined with the fact that I paced myself too slow. I could have run another 5 or 10km at this pace. It must be that there is next to no climb because I cant think of any other reason.
I found 9-10 (barbican) very difficult, but thats probably because I mis-read the map and had to start over with my route mid-leg. I also got caught out by 3, again because I mis-read it... Probably lost 5 minutes overall.
Really enjoyed the day, I wish I could have stayed the weekend to explore London.

Note

Todays and yesterdays training fell through. I didn't really want to do a run the day before London and I feel ill so I haven't done any today. I also have a bet with my dad that I cant beat the winner of the Wombwell blue course so Ill be doing that next week.

Only a week until uni :s

Part one of cycling home from manchester. Snake pass was a killer. I was absolutely whacked by Hathersage.
