AM Warm up run, 7 laps.

AM Tempo in the Oval with Mike, 10' tempo (3024m) R8' 20' laps with stairs. Felt pretty good, could have pushed a lot harder on the last lap but that wasn't the point. Pace felt comfortable as it should.

PM Stairs after the 8min rest. Did 3 laps with stairs on both ends, hard up the ramps, hard on the stairs (didn't do the small set at the ends) and hard on the straightaways, easy everywhere else. Tough after the tempo, pretty dead.
