AM Warm up run.

Orienteering 18:10 [4] 4.61 km (3:56 / km)
shoes: Inov 8 F-lite 195-Pink

AM Sprint training at MRU at 1:4000. Our 4th winter is finally over and the snow is melted (for the most part haha). Felt pretty good, nice to be back orienteering. Good routes and speed throughout for the first time out in awhile, a few choices that might have been a few seconds slower. Managed to fall pretty hard on basically the only patch of snow/ice and banged up my knees pretty bad. Nice out 8C, N wind at 15 km/h.

AM/PM Warm down run one I cleaned up the blood, knees were sore.
