AM Warm up run on Mt Laurie.

Orienteering race 39:32 [5] 5.8 km (6:49 / km) +258m 5:35 / km

AM Barebones Farsta at Mt Laurie at 1:7500. Happy with my race (2nd) considering the three races yesterday with a lot of climb, didn't have the speed in my legs, felt flat. A little sloppy and unsure on #2-25 sec and #3- 15 sec lost. Worst mistake was when I ran past #4 by 75 m on the second loop without punching it and lost 50 sec, #8- 15 sec.(I had that control on the first loop) Cool morning 13C, started to rain on the second loop and rained for the rest of the race. Actually ran 6.96 km.
