Training Log Archive: Swampfox

Ran snow trails; finally a day where a good many snow bikers were out and about. Nice sunshine all day long with just a few clouds, and a reasonable amount of wind but nothing that would send new trees down. Back-to-back 2+ hour running days.

Tough day on equipment as a sock bit the dust along with a pair of gloves. The gloves had been decrepit for some time, and while they were hardly bothered by the running, the removal of a jagged log right by a trail was enough to seal their fate.
