Putting intensity at 5 due to the HR. Not a good day physically. Cramped between 16 and 17, left hamstring. Must be a consequence of being sick the last week or so.

Missed 2, didn’t have the wall leaving the track so was asking for trouble.

Stayed low to 7 as didn’t see anything obvious as an Attackpoint on the track.

More time lost on 14, overshot and had to relocate. Silly.

Then had to walk down the hill after hamstring cramped. Tried to keep moving but wasn’t moving too fast. Recovered to be able to run to the finish but not very quickly.

The juniors are closing the gap, need to buck up before next Munster league event.

Needed to do something before running on Sunday which is still the plan. Not sure if I’ll do something tomorrow, will see if there’s time.

Coughed up some bits and pieces but not too bad. HR higher than usual but to be expected. Better nights sleep last night but some interruptions.

Improving but not at the rate i'd like. Cold which is almost negligible is still lingering, but so is Erik's and Mary's.
Then after 3 reasonably good nights last night was an absolute shocker in sleep terms, maybe got 2 or 3 hours, so that's not helping either.
