Can’t say I’d this route planned when I started running so made it up as i went along.

Achilles a bit sore but not too bad.

Had the woods all to myself.

Lungs took a few minutes to warm up but once they were breathing was fine. Achilles felt a bit sore at work walking around so decided to give it a break and go on the bike instead.

Golf Course and Knockreer

Out a bit earlier than usual this week so didn’t need head torch for too much of the run. Took a half day to get most of my Christmas shopping sorted!

Legs feeling ok pain wise, nothing too troublesome, but they were feeling tired. A few days walking around Lisbon pushing/carrying a heavy buggy at cause. Also late to bed last night due to travelling home.

Weather wasn’t bad either. Good to get out anyways for what was a nicely paced run, consistent enough kms.

Not as much walking, more sitting and drinking tea while enjoying some sun. Then home late. Lovely weather upon arriving back in Cork!!!

Plan for the week:
Monday - rest
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Rest (going to Santa after work, so slim chance of a late turbo spin, maybe)
Thursday - Run
Friday - Rest (break up day at work)
Saturday - Bike
Sunday - Run (hope to get one in early)

Looks like family life is taking over at the moment but that would go hand in hand with Christmas.
