In Dingle doing some work so stopped for a run in the dunes on the way back.
Kept off the beach and then toured around the back of the dunes before coming back parallel to the beach. Sandier on the way back but tried to find grass.
Legs felt a bit tired and left calf still tight after Sunday. HR a bit on the high side as I looked at it running, not sure the reason for that.
Didn’t have a map with me as decided too late last night where I was running to go rummaging in my map boxes which are under another box at the moment. But do miss not Orienteering here, it is a really good area. Next time I’ll bring a map. It is a shame it’s not used :-(
