Body feeling very tired this morning but no pain, just tired. Slight cold I think so will see if that shifts today. Spending today in Cahersiveen and Killorglin so a bit of walking that should help recovery.

Leaving the weekend open for the moment, want to put some thought into where and what I do.

Bacon & Cabbage moved to Wednesday this week so I’ll need to change training plans, dinner influencing the plan! Kind of suits though If my weekend run is Sunday.
Very tired when I got home from work, exhausted.
