On Tuesday I toe-struck the whole way which I never normally do. Had really sore heels since. Given them a couple of days off already so hopefully will be back on track soon.

Brocton coppice stepping stones loop with mum (same HR concept as Sunday). Managed to "run" most of it today - more than a walk anyway :)

Out in the hills with m&d aiming to keep HR between 150 and 164. Managed to run some downhill sections buy the majority was at a walk or a daudle up the hills. Bit depressing really.
