Running long 1:29:08 [3] 12.46 km (7:09 / km) +150m 6:45 / km
ahr:155 max:160

Furthest I've ever run in one go :))
Everything is feeling easier and I couldn't be happier or prouder. Joints definitely felt the distance (particularly the impact on the bits of tarmac) but lungs held up really well and would have allowed me to go on for longer.
Now for a week of skiing :)

Running hills 30:25 [4] 4.0 km (7:36 / km) +126m 6:34 / km
ahr:149 max:195

WU - 2 x North, West, East Broc Hill - WD
Didn't push too hard as not sure what I'm doing tomorrow yet and I didn't want to ruin myself if I'm doing something harder. Tried to keep the times pretty similar. Legs struggling a bit towards the end.

Bike (road/turbo) 40:00 [2]

Doing what I'm told and not running
Would have been a poor idea anyway
6 PM

Tap 30:00 [2]

Got angry, stamped on the floor really hard in tap shoes. Really quite painful. Oops
7 PM

Dance 20:00 [1]

House is very new to me. Not my favourite I won't lie

Orienteering 45:00 [2] 5.3 km (8:29 / km)

Chasers/RSOC training - ridiculously easy compass stuff round school so I just coached the M10s (one of which was being a little shit). Then a 2 man relay in which I led a train of about 9 RSOC guys until they managed to get back before me by breaking and entering a building site because "that's what orienteers do"...
8 PM

Running 14:44 [3] 2.75 km (5:21 / km) +13m 5:14 / km

Running 47:42 [3] 6.1 km (7:49 / km) +170m 6:52 / km

Twilight lesson was cancelled because of the hefty cm of snow
Pros: got to go on a beaut terrain run on brocton coppice (with a map so I didn't get lost). Was genuinely running with a massive grin on my face! Also feeling like my body is finally responding to training and I'm moving so much better :)
Cons: I'm going to fail English because we haven't had a lesson with Miss Buckley in 4 weeks
7 PM

Tap 25:00 [1]

Seem to be dancing a lot recently. Not intentional, just good fun

4 PM

Running 30:34 [3] 4.7 km (6:30 / km) +115m 5:48 / km

Steady with a nice amount of climb. Legs feeling good :)
Ankle seems fine so I'm very lucky
