Yet another failed attempt. Limited for time so went out hard to get as much done as possible. Fell in a hole on the way to 4 and did very well not to badly twist my ankle. Tried to run the pain off but lungs were struggling too and I just couldn't breath so I headed home

Started out as an O intervals session which I packed it reasonably quickly and just cut about slowly on the bike tracks. Got hurrendously lost and it took me a good while to remember that I had a map in my pocket haha. Ended up pelting down a gravel track in my dobs to get home. Rip my feet.

5km tempo with a wodge of climb in there too. Worked very very hard (HR lol). Had dad as a cheerleader keeping me going on the last hill. Very very very proud of myself! Cadence was also averaging 176 which is 10spm faster than a week ago and only 4spm off the target :))
Overall a very good run and a very happy hol :)))))))))

Scrappy to begin with and was caught out by 3. Messed up 4 too and went straight on 9 rather than taking the obvious path route losing a bit of time. From there just the odd hesitation. After the map turnover I really found my groove and felt like I was flying. Managed to drop the guy that I was racing head to head with and caught and overtook Vicky. Dead proud for getting back out and smashing the second half after crumbling yesterday.

Overall lost about 3 and a half minutes - 2 of which were because of no. 3 which was a questionable control haha
