Nice bit of training with Emjos and YHOA. Map was a bit dodgy in places and the area itself was slightly questionable. Managed okay and was navving fine but ended up freaking myself out for no reason and giving up (specific people and hormones amplified this). Nice little mass start to finish - I beat Euan, his odd shoes and lack of compass do not provide a valid excuse.

Been a bit of an off week really... Have had a lot on my mind following the weekend and not being able to run cus of the knee problem. Low concentration. Haven't been eating well and when I do it's extremely irregular and crappy food. Been generally tired even though I've slept better than I have for the past few months. Lacking motivation to get out and run.
Hopefully the phase will pass and I'll be less drained and have more energy to do something practical. I'm ready for my body to cooperate now please xx
