Running 1:05:00 [3] 6.8 km (9:34 / km) +350m 7:36 / km

So mum and I started off up a hill and then I saw how far I was supposed to run and got a bit freaked out. Then I had a huge mental breakdown bcus I should be revising. Then we went back :)

Running 15:53 [4] 2.9 km (5:29 / km)

In the hour and a half gap between drama lessons. Through the I'd go on a wee run, get some food and spend a good hour revising. Just dropped into the canal for a bit and did a few 100m intervals. Quite tired.

Orienteering 35:45 [4] 5.0 km (7:09 / km)

Staffordshire Schools. Never been so bored on a course in my life. Just felt like I was being dragged across a map in no particular order. I did a lot of walking... Out of the 14 juniors Walton took, 11 got a medal :)

Note

My cold is getting loads better and I've just got a blocked nose now really. Wish I'd have run with the weather being so nice but I just couldn't be bothered

Orienteering race 29:18 [4] 3.4 km (8:37 / km)
(sick)

Hampsfell selection race - very short green. Made a right mess of number one and lost quite a bit of time (3 and a half minutes) but pulled myself together and ran more cautiously. The nav was quite easy tbf and I really enjoyed myself pegging it in the open area. Still not quite strong enough on the hills and felt like I was dragging myself up but only being 7ish minutes down is proving that the training is paying off :)
