Running (Track) 30:00 [5] 4.7 km (6:23 / km)

Was intending to do a full Pyramid of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 and back down with half distance rest periods. It got dark very quickly, the floodlights never came on and the gates were shutting so I cut it short after 1km. Kinda broken now...

Orienteering (Woking Training) 23:00 [3] 2.5 km (9:12 / km)

Map memory - paired with Adam Methven. Messed up one leg quite badly but nailed the rest. Adam was quick and I was really forced to read the map at speed. It was much more challenging than yesterday and the area was more enjoyable :)

Orienteering (Woking Training) 18:00 [3] 2.5 km (7:12 / km)

Traffic Lighting - really worked on my pace and simplification came in handy too. I learned not to waste time looking at the map and to really nail my routechoice with speed. Speed still needs a lot of work, especially my strength on hills but that will be worked on over the next few weeks

Orienteering (Woking Training) 25:00 [3] 3.0 km (8:20 / km)

Harris Relay - In a team with some fairly inexperienced and unconfident people so was left with the far controls (and lots of them). Still felt ill and my concerntration was poor but my team won :). I found simplification dead helpful and used aspects of map memory as well.
