With Mum around Stafford town centre.
Being coached by a parent doesn't work.
I only tried 2 dead ends (Mum didn't follow me, she just waited and this is her route)...
Chasers Thursday night run.
Led the first bit and it was fun, especially going over all the lumps and bumps in the quarry.
The uphill took all of my get up and go, and we (me & Mum) walked and ran back from the far end (more or less the top of the hill). I had no energy left at all :(
Sprint training in Stafford (Victoria Park only). 2 courses, but "only had time to do one of them". Couldn't find one of the controls, so down as a mp. Nice night, though.

Went out in the lead after Meg had a stormer, came back in second and we ended up 3rd and on the podium on the W14 relay with Meg & Holly. I beat Holly by 1 second!!
Only 2 minutes down on Rachel D today!!

OK, kept going over on my ankle, and hurt my hip, and someone on my course kept talking to me and annoying me. I let her go ahead in the end.
Rachel Duckworth won - I was 11 minutes down in 16th, only 6 seconds behind Aimee.
With Dad thru Brocton, over the Cross Chase Road, up past the Bacon Butty Shop, along to Whitehouse, up to Marquis Drive and then back to meet everyone at Rifle Ranges after the club run.
With Steph to Co-op at Bodmin, but they didn't have any dark brown muscovado sugar, so we went to Co-op at Wildwood and then came home. Loved being on my road bike!!

Orange course at Kinver.
Don't know what happened at no 1, otherwise it was all ok.
Middle (short, easy) leg on the M/W40- relay with Alfie & Meg. Stopped on the way to no 1 to help Beth, otherwise it was easy & fun :)
We finished 13th, I think.

Saw Alfie & Joe out there & helped them both, and got annoyed by an old lady who wouldn't stop talking to me like I was an imbecile.
I enjoyed it, though, and was 8th overall :)
JK sprint at Lancaster uni.
Messed up on the road crossing control, otherwise OK considering a 4 hour journey, an hour late to the start and very slippy underfoot.
