i had lots of fun going around all of the courses ( well all except the last which only had 3 controls! )

W Mids relays on Park Hall in a team with Holly & Heather.
Holly was first leg,out for over an hour, and I got lost on number 3, too,ended up miles away! The rest was OK though.
Heather took 24 mins - how did she do it so fast?!?!
We won as the other team had an asthma attack and had to retire!

Lots of hints and tips about seat drops and swivel hips, and full turn jump. Felt like it made a difference.

Beat Mum by 2 seconds!!
Had to stop to get my breath in the woods - had a 90 second 100m - and it took me ages to catch back up with the people who overtook me there.

Orange course on Brereton Hayes. Had stomach ache so wasn't fast. Not fast at all. Slow, in fact. Hmmm. Needto try harder and think about cutting corners more.

Orange course on Titterstone Clee after spending the night with the Welsh Squad in Abberley village hall.
Ummmed and aaahed about whether to do orange or light green and Alice decided I should go out and attack the orange.
Lost some time on 6 & 7.
Used some compass bearings and cutting across.

Rufus decided he wanted to have a go, so I went around the yellow course with him& his dad to teach them how to do it.

BOC mini relay on 2nd leg.
Alfie killed himself to finish 2nd only 2 seconds down, but with a whole heap of people behind him.
Ran as hard as I could, cut the corner to the last control and finished in 5th.
Joe ran well and we made it onto the podium in 3rd :)
