Ran to see where start was then back to car and back to start.

Told to do blue by Greg....7km.
Went out trying to run hard and forest was a lot nicer than before. Had some trouble climbing over fences as they were about the same size as me. Big miss at 10 seemed too far lost 2mins. Caught Áine at 13 but she got 15 ahead due to better route and I messed up in the area. Thought it wasn't that far ahead so stopped short. Grand for the rest I think apart from 50secs at 18 due to an unmarked earthwall made me think I was higher up. Wasn't that tired so pushed a bit on the track to 21. Map wasn't great, lots of inconsistencies. Enjoyed it however but annoyed with the mistakes as they were very avoidable.

Sprint intervals in UCD with Ruari and Colm H. Really fun training! Each interval was about 1km and a 2min break between intervals. Good start to the mid-term.

DSD. The other lads are racing tomorrow so they were just doing 3miles. Ran with them for the first part but pushed into tempo gear and left them. Swift but comfortable pace and felt pretty good.

Usual long. Achilles were sore at the start but were fine after a bit of stretching. Feet started to hurt at the end but was fine for the rest of it. Tired.
