Running 1:01:52 [3] 10.82 km (5:43 / km) +120m 5:25 / km

8 x 400 with 75s rest. Felt OK to do the session which was nice. 81s the first rep and then between 76-79. Lower back was feeling it a bit towards the end.

Twinge in my left calf towards the end of the warm up, interesting given some progress on the foot. A few things to observe and get on top of now.

Back to a morning run. Always feel much happier to sit down and work having exercised beforehand.

Leg was fine throughout until ~500m before the end where I started feeling a tightness in the outside of my hip and then further down the leg just as I was stopping.

Hiking 2:26:58 [1] 9.91 km (14:50 / km) +950m 10:02 / km

Peña Mea with Jackson. Nice one. A lot of it was fairly easy, just the canal up to el Ojo de Buey that was very steep.

Hip and leg were fine throughout, did notice it for a second in the hip not long into the descent but disappeared quickly. Foot was giving me some trouble however. Ive never 100% figured it out but it has been OK to run on for months. Something I figured last year but wasn't certain of until now is it seems the elliptical does cause it to show up.
