Legs feeling OK again. Boy was I glad I hydrated before, really warm out and tough session. 10 x 1min hills (~230m, +15m), jog down recovery (1:30)

Legs in a bit of a state after yesterday's strength, particularly outside of glutes and hamstrings. Nice to find another tough routine that I can work away at until it doesn't leave me sore the next day, although will need to reel the intensity in a bit initially
