Half marathon in Trubia.
I was sick a few days last week and haven't run much since so took this steady. Picked it up a bit just after halfway. My quads got pretty sore on the downhill road and the last 4km or so was pretty uncomfortable.
The route was really nice, basically just up la senda del oso to Villanueva and back to Trubia. It's good fun and a good workout running these races even if you're not racing.
