Toe is quite a bit better now. No problem walking or bending toe. So almost all the swelling has gone, just some bruising left so a few days before I run again. Will get out on the bike

Couldn't resist running a little but fast. Had good flow and good spikes. Missed 10-20 seconds on a few occasions about half and half my bad and the controllers bad

Toe improving I think. Walked around today, no crutches. Still very much on the side of the foot but the pain is not nearly as bad and toe isn't so stiff

Damn, stubbed it off the floor again. The pain!
