A nice warm up but didnt do enough stretching

Good run again. Haven't had a bad one in a while. Good running again too!

Just lost around 2 minutes on number 2 because I think it was bingo but I should've taken a bearing anyway.
And my route to number 6 will have lost me time as I thought a path was closed off and took a 400 metre detour or so. You'll see on my route. So up to two minutes lost there aswell.

Otherwise grand and really happy with run.

Fast run and felt good. Few small errors but nothing huge. Didn't know the butterfly are loop very well so that was a nice sprint practice.

No.9....10seconds lost, control circle and forgot what i was looking for
No.23.... Lost time in circle aswell. Just legged it into the area and missed it. 15 seconds
No.24.... Didnt read anything and hit two walls before mine. Up to a minute lost.

So just over a minute lost overall but was good physically and the bits I didnt know I was nice in too :)

Had planned on a long run but...
Woke up with a pain in my stomach. Got way worse as the morning went on and I was effectively dying by 10.30. Went to doctor and have excess acid in my stomach or the lining is damaged. Took some Gaviscon and pain has gone way down. And doctor said if I feel alright I can run tomorrow alright.
Can't get over how sore it was before though!

Course lenght: 4km but I highly doubt it.
East Leinsters cross country. Had a good start and got in a good position and had nice pace for whole run. Was passed out by people with boots on the muddy hills but I aced the flats. Also passed a guy out at finish with awesome sprint :) Really fun course and i ran well and hard.

Have no idea of my actual time or the actual distance. Just guessin.
Came 36th out of about 90. Well happy!
