Good run, one of the few times I kept my concentration up for the whole race. Lost around 30s to 3, I think everyone did here. Problems with description/circle/map. On 16 my direction wasn't great but didn't cause any major issues as one of the firing ranges helped me realise. Bad route to 21, went up when down was better. In general I was planning ahead well and always made sure I was only running as fast as I could navigate.
Always enjoy a run in the Curragh.

8.5km short on mileage and missed both speed sessions so not the best weeks training. A good bad week.
