Cycled down to Ringsend Nature Reserve for some new running. Did 5 minutes easy and then 5 hard. Then I did 11 minutes easy and then 5 hard. Then I had another 14 minutes easy.
I found a nice short loop of about a km. Out there it was quite undulating and tough in places. Really enjoyable to run somewhere new.
