w Craig. Woohoo - that was a fun one with Trav! Learning a TGU (turkish get up) - how cool! then killer 5 x 400m all out row alternating with 400m recovery run - we chalked our reps so super fun to push to improve time!

50 cal row total, then 5 rounds each of, 5 front squat, 5 thruster, 50 T2B total, then again,5 rounds each of, 5 front squat, 5 thruster THEN another 50 cal row total. mary and I finished on the buzzer - huge push on the row to get it done!
3 x monarch mayhem. legs really tired today so they were a bit slow. artaban home which felt okay!

w kyle & mike. back squats, focused on technique rather than weight for me - got some good tips from mike. then kyle led the torture fest: AMRAP 12 minutes of 100m mb carry, 30 russian twist/side, 20 kb swings. still don't do my kb swings smoothly. and russian twists..they are just plain hard. amazing to see so many in class getting through them WITH a mb!! someday!! :)
